Some people will need a few individual appointments before they start classes, and others will need to do a term of our Foundations program to make the underlying changes to their posture and movement patterns that allow them to exercise safely and effectively
STRONG KNEES CLASSES
GOOD FOR Easing knee pain and unloading sore knees while building the strength and stability to ease pain and allow you to increase your exercise and every day activity
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES? 1 hr class a week for 10 Week Terms
PREREQUISITES An Initial Consultation and then your expert physiotherapist will work out the best plan for you to start classes.
OSTEOARTHRITIS WORKSHOP
In this 90 minute workshop you will take away the latest research into the condition and how best to manage it including proven strategies to reduce pain and improve function.
