Our range of classes, individual sessions and workshops are like the ingredients to a great recipe. In your Initial Consultation, we will plan out exactly what mix will give you the results you are looking for.
Back and Body Initial Consultation
This fantastic assessment is the starting point for any solution. You will come out understanding exactly what is going on with your body and what you need to do to fix it.
We specialise in treating aches and pains that have been around for a long time so we will explore ALL the things that may have contributed to you getting to this point, including your breathing, core, posture, flexibility and previous injuries.

HOW LONG IS THE CONSULTATION? 75 minutes

DO I NEED AN DOCTORS REFERRAL No
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Any X-Rays or relevant scans. A pair of shorts to change into

CAN I CLAIM FROM MY HEALTH FUND? Yes if you have Physiotherapy cover

FLOPPY CLASSES
GOOD FOR: Easing Back pain, neck pain, sore shoulders, clicking knees and hip issues
WHAT’S THE PROBLEM? If you are tired of aches and pains that seem to keep coming back and you find physio treatment never lasts, then you may need Floppy Classes
AM I A FLOPPY? If you could bend over and put your hands flat on the floor or almost do the splits as a child, you are probably a Floppy even though you might not feel it now!
WHY ARE THESE SPECIAL? Floppies need very specialised programs, that build strength and core stability without stirring problems up (a common issue for Floppies when they start to exercise)
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES? 1 hr class per week for 10 Week Terms
CAN I JOIN THE CLASS ONLINE? Yes
PREREQUISITES: An Initial Consultation, A Term of Foundations Classes or 2-3 Workshops
FLIPPY CLASSES
GOOD FOR EASING Back pain, neck pain, mid back pain, sore shoulders, knee and hip issues
ARE THESE FOR ME? If you were fairly flexible but you have stiff bits, like your mid back and hamstrings, then these classes are perfect.
WHY ARE THESE SPECIAL? Flippies need very specific stretching for their stiff bits and strength and stability for their wobbly bits. We get that mix, just right, in these classes.
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES? 1 hr class per week for 10 Week Terms
CAN I JOIN THE CLASS ONLINE? Yes
PREREQUISITES: An Initial Consultation, A Term of Foundations Classes or 2-3 Workshops
STRONG KNEES CLASSES
GOOD FOR Easing knee pain and unloading sore knees while building the strength and stability to ease pain and allow you to increase your exercise and everyday activity
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES? 1 hr class a week for 10 Week Terms
PREREQUISITES An Initial Consultation and then your expert physiotherapist will work out the best plan for you to start classes.
ADVANCED CLASSES
ARE THESE FOR ME ? These dynamic classes are designed to challenge our Flippies and Floppies that no longer have much pain but love the regular motivation of a class.
GOOD FOR: Building Strength, confidence, endurance
HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES? 1 hr class per week for 10 Week Terms

PREREQUISITES: An Initial Consultation, a term of Floppy of Flippy classes

ATHLETE BURN CLASSES
GOOD FOR: Stopping the cycle of overuse injuries - hip, groin, knee, hamstring and tendon injuries - so you can keep training and performing at a high level (or any level you choose!).
ARE THESE FOR ME? Whether you are a professional athlete or a weekend warrior they are fantastically challenging and empowering.
WHY ARE THEY SPECIAL? These classes keep your body finely tuned and are great for improving your posture, plus building the strength, flexibility and agility you need to perform at your best.

PREREQUISITES: An Initial Consultation, and you may need some Workshops to make sure you have the basics right
