Natalie Kaebisch
BAppSc(Phty) M Sports Physio, APAM
Natalie represented Australia at the 2006 Commonwealth Games and was a Gold medallist in the Women's Road Race. She was a member of the New South Wales and Australian Institutes of Sport and spent six years in Europe competing as a professional cyclist on the international cycling circuit. Nat’s immense knowledge is now put to work as a cycling coach and she has just recently gone to the Tour de France Femmes with one of her protégés.
She brings the mind of an elite athlete to her work combined with an elite scientist. Her constant exploration of research, reading and courses is an inspiration to us all, and keeps her clients at the absolute cutting edge of all that is new and relevant to them.
Understandably she has a particular interest in sporting and recurrent injuries, especially those associated with cycling and the assessment of bike-set up. Nat has taken up long distance running and mountain biking herself, always amazing us with what she seems to so effortlessly achieve!
She also loves treating feet and ankles, and has created the incredibly popular "Foot Fit" workshops that have seen a whole raft of our population get more in touch with their toes and unleash the potential of a well-functioning foot. Her Athlete Burn class are now the foot poster models of the practice!
Natalie graduated with distinction from the University of Sydney in 2002 and has completed her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy through La Trobe University.
Natalie is the proud Mum of Emilia and Annabelle, and travels back to Europe with husband Gunnar when she can to see the girls' German grandparents.
Natalie is available for consultations at our Willoughby studio.
