BODY BANK B.A.S.S

Each week this term, we are working on making deposits into your body bank account. Think of them as Superannuation. You make small deposits through the course of your life, which builds and grow as you age. Over time all those deposits help you feel younger and stronger for longer. But no matter your age, it’s never too late to start.


Week 1 - Breathing Deposits

This week we are focusing on breathing deposits. The two most important things to remember about breathing are

  • use your nose as often as possible

  • breathe to the bottom of your lungs, not just the top lobes

Background to the B.A.S.S

The B.A.S.S. started just as we headed into our first lockdowns in 2020. It is hard to believe so much has changed in our world since then.
