Week 5 - Sleep Deposits

Sleep is one of the most important ways to recharge our body bank. If you aren’t getting enough good quality sleep, your body bank can deplete quickly, so it’s important to give this some priority.

Exercise and sleep are strongly related. You need enough exercise in your day to sleep well and you need enough sleep at night to exercise well.

Research shows you need a few different types of exercise to really reap the benefits. A little huff and puff, quite a bit of strength and then some relaxation. This B.A.S.S. has them all.
