Sometimes life gets in the way and it is impossible to commit to classes. Now we have a terrific option to keep your brain and body Balanced, Agile, Strong and Stretched…it’s our weekly B.A.S.S. Each term we film it in a new location. We have moved on from the kitchen and bathroom. This term it is in the great outdoors - The Bush B.A.S.S!
Sign up and we will send you a new one each week of term.
If you sign up midterm, we will send the B.A.S.S. for that week, but will also send you a full 10 week Box Set at the end of the Term so you can catch up on anything you missed!
When signing up for the Outdoor B.A.S.S your first episode will be sent out in the first week of the term.
