These exercise sets focus on essential strength movements that we use with weights to build bone density, improve balance, and enhance long-term confidence in everyday activities.
Each short video breaks down the key technique points to help you engage the right muscles, lift safely, and maximise the benefits of each repetition.
BICEP CURL & SQUAT
This set combines upper-body strength with one of our most important leg exercises. Stay stacked during your bicep curls, and use the hand grip options during squats to keep the effort where it belongs — on your legs.
DEADLIFT & OVERHEAD PRESS
These two exercises train powerful hips and strong shoulders. Focus on a good hip hinge, then press overhead without losing your stacked posture.
CHEST PRESS & BRIDGE
These two exercises are lying down, which often allows you to lift heavier than when you're standing. Set yourself up well, and feel the effort in your glutes, hamstrings, and chest.
