We know that osteoporosis and osteopenia are a growing problem, and our Strong Bones team are determined to help keep providing the exercise and the education that together give our Physiocise family (and their friends and family) the best chance we can of preventing and treating this silent condition.

Our fabulous Physio Josie Wild is putting on two days of Strong Bones assessments on Thursday 20 January and Friday 21 January at Willoughby so that you can get ready to join the new Strong Bones 1 class in Term 1 in 2022.


PHYSIOCISE BONES AND BALANCE PROGRAM

Our Strong Bones and Slip Saver programs target osteoporosis, osteopenia, bone density and balance.

We will also assess your posture, movement, balance and core, so we can look after those dodgy necks, backs, knees and pelvic floors that can sometimes get in the way of you building strength.

As well as giving you the all-important right “dose” of exercise, we give you simple bite-sized snacks of the latest research into sun, diet, vitamin D and calcium intake, so you will have all the essentials you need to build stronger bones.
