There is a muscle at the base of your shoulder blades that wraps around your chest wall, called the Serratus Anterior and it is vital for keeping your shoulders strong and supporting your neck.

Sarah Kelliher came up with this memorable routine of Kapow’s coupled with stretches and fast feet. We love that you can do it straight after you’ve brushed your teeth, to get you ready for your day!
