SIMPLE SITTING TIPS
Most of us need to sit for long periods of time each day but it can sometimes make our backs and necks a bit sore. A few simple tricks will make sitting much easier for you. These are some simple ideas but if you need us to show you in person, contact us.
MAKING STANDING EASY
Whether it's standing watching the kids sport, coping with a cocktail party, or getting used to a standing desk, these are some simple tips to take the load off your back when you need to stand.
TABLE STRETCH
This is our all-time favourite stretch. It is great relief for your back, is easy to do and improves your flexibility like magic.
Combining this with regular core rebooting is an ideal way to keep most backs in check.
