The beach is an ideal place to boost your energy and get your body moving. If you don’t have a patch of sand near you, then slip off your shoes and channel the same ideas in your backyard, local park or even in your lounge room!
Week 1 - Fabulous Feet
We start our Beach BASS series from the ground up. Feet are vitally important for helping us move well. Some of us have feet that are a bit weak and flat, some of us have feet that are a bit stiff and tight.
This B.A.S.S. strengthens those weaker muscles and stretches the tight ones while giving you the balance and agility you need to spring into your life… all in less than 2 minutes!
