BEACH B.A.S.S for Week 2 - Healthy Heels

Last week it was your feet, this week we focus on your heels. Connecting with them when you walk and move, helps activate muscles all the way up the chain of your body especially the muscles of the gluts and back.

These muscles take a lot of pressure off our knees and generally keep us more stable and balanced.
