Week 3 - Balance Deposits

This week we are adding one of the simplest but most powerful deposits you can make into your body bank - balance.

Balance is a multisystem skill which challenges your eyes, ears, core, hip, leg and foot strength. But if you can do it well, new research has shown you are likely to live longer!

By doing your B.A.S.S. for 2 minutes each day, you can improve your balance by 100 to 200% in just two weeks. So get balancing!
