Your Brain and Reframing Pain

Your brain plays an important role in how you perceive and control pain. The good news is, pain does not necessarily mean there is damage or that you should stop what you are doing immediately. Certain pains can even feel good, like our stretch of the week, the Favourite Buttock Stretch!
