Anna-Louise is strengthening her knees this week thanks to a terrific B.A.S.S. from Carolyn Kenny. These great exercises will keep your knees in perfect form for bushwalking, street walking, going up and down stairs and any other exercise you want to do. Take 2 minutes to do your B.A.S.S to keep your knees neat!
