WEEK 3 B.A.S.S.
This week is all about your calves and feet. Join our founder Anna-Louise Bouvier in your kitchen and do your B.A.S.S. while your kettle boils!
WEEK 4 B.A.S.S.
This week’s B.A.S.S has Physiocise Founder Anna-Louise Bouvier wobbling in her kitchen! These exercises are quick but they are also challenging. Take 2 minutes while your kettle boils and give them a go!
WEEK 5 B.A.S.S
While the kettle boils, this week, add some challenge to your balance and agility with these great new exercises.
Combine them with some great glut strengthening as you unpack the dishwasher and a lovely stretch after you wash up and you will be in perfect shape!
WEEK 6 B.A.S.S.
The team have really got Anna-Louise working this week in the balance department with the wonderfully named “Is there poo on your shoe?!” exercise.
There is also a great agility exercise, a terrific split squat as you unpack the dishwasher and a beautiful hip stretch to finish. All in the time it takes to make a cup of tea!
WEEK 7 B.A.S.S.
This week there are Ninja kicks, sumo squats and all sorts of things that have Anna-Louise laughing her way through her B.A.S.S.
See if you can do a little better than she did!
WEEK 8 B.A.S.S.
Who would have thought balancing on one leg would be so hard?
The team have really challenged Anna-Louise this week with their Ninja kicks exercise! Between these, the jumping curtseys and the squats, you will really need that beautiful stretch to finish!
WEEK 9 B.A.S.S.
This week the team has designed some terrific challenges for Anna-Louise, with a yoga-style balance exercise, a dynamic agility exercise, a simple upper body toner and a finishing stretch that ties you in knots! What is not to love?! Join her now…
WEEK 10 B.A.S.S.
Can’t believe it is the end of term already! We hope you have really enjoyed your Kitchen B.A.S.S. Next term we are in the Bathroom! The mind boggles with possibilities so stay tuned.
To finish the term the team have Anna-Louise really working hard in every element. We think you will love it and because it is quite challenging so it will be ideal to work on for the 2 weeks of holidays.
