Kitchen B.A.S.S. for Week 6

The team have really got Anna-Louise working this week in the balance department with the wonderfully named “Is there poo on your shoe?!” exercise.

There is also a great agility exercise, a terrific split squat as you unpack the dishwasher and a beautiful hip stretch to finish. All in the time it takes to make a cup of tea!
