This week we learnt about the 4 key fundamentals we can use to ease pain, improve movement, increase strength and build confidence in your body. Check them out below and listen to our founder Anna-Louise Bouvier talking to James Valentine on the ABC about why everyone needs them! For those of us trying to build better bones, these are especially important.
To help reinforce what you learned in class, each week we will also send you some short video clips or information sheets.
Aside from being introduced to the story of bone health, we have also touched on the importance of good dynamic postures and form when we are loading bones.
Below are some tips to help you take the load off the sore bits when you are sitting and standing. Then there is the best stretch of all time for relieving pain and improving flexibility…Table Stretch!
