Strong Bones Foundations - Week 5
Some days our core is more responsive than other days. Do you know what makes your core crash? Let’s make sure your core is activated and your body supported with your Leg in / Leg out exercise – the “bread & butter” of all core exercises. Lie back, close your eyes and let us talk you through it!
This week we also discussed how your body type can impact what exercise or stretch makes us feel best. Sometimes we need to stretch to recover, or sometimes we need to dynamically stretch to get into a good alignment to do exercises well.
And don’t forget to keep up with your strength exercises with the goal of 3 times per week. See you next week.
