Carolyn Kenny designed this great routine that stimulates and hydrates the fascia that wraps through your body. Dynamic (and slightly out of the ordinary movements), send water to your fascial systems which will help give you more freedom of movement.

So this week Anna-Louise is channelling her inner John Travolta to keep you feeling alive!
