We always like to come up with ideas for exercise that fit into your daily routine. Your daily shower may never be the same after you try this superb BASS from Natalie Kaebisch!

The muscles of our trunk work together in teams, with the gluts of one side working with the shoulder muscles of the opposite side to give us great stability and strength for all the things we like to do in our day.

Watch Anna-Louise as she demonstrates this routine and then give it a go next time you have a shower.
