Strong shoulders

We are hearing lots of our clients talking about their sore necks, tight shoulders and achy upper backs, possibly as a result of all the sitting and stress of the last few months. This routine from Kate Roberts is the ideal way to release that upper body tension and activate the muscles you need to keep you strong.

Surprisingly, the stronger your glutes, trunk and legs are, the more support you have for your upper body. So join Anna-Louise in the kitchen as she demonstrates this simple 2 min routine.
