ROLLICKING ROTATOR CUFFS
The four shoulder muscles of the rotator cuff are vital for reaching, carrying, washing our hair, getting dressed, putting on our seatbelts and much much more. They also tend to get weaker if we are sitting a lot and not using them and that can disrupt the more dynamic things we like to do in our day like karate and speed skating!! (watch the video it will make more sense!)
