Our Strong for Summer B.A.S.S

This term we focus on getting our bodies stronger for summer, especially as we (hopefully) come out of lockdown and back into life. Summer is a great time for being outdoors. The stronger you are, the easier it is to do all those activities you love, like walking, swimming, hiking, gardening and (hopefully) travelling again.

Join the team this term as we guide you through the ten main elements you can use to keep you at your best.


Week 1 - Beautiful Breathing

This B.A.S.S was developed by our very talented Susie Powell and it focuses on our breathing. Not only is breathing vital for helping us to physically exercise at our best, it also plays a critical role in helping to calm our systems when we experience emotional stress and anxiety.
