BUSH B.A.S.S. FOR TERM 1
Our expert team developed the B.A.S.S. routine as a simple, accessible way to target the four most important physical pillars that support us as we age: Balance, Agility, Strength, and Stretching.
Each B.A.S.S. consists of four exercises, one for each pillar. Each exercise lasts approximately 30 seconds, for a daily total of 2 minutes. For 10 weeks, we send you a new B.A.S.S. that will focus on a different part of your body. From your neck to your knees, from your back to your bottom, our B.A.S.S. will keep you strong, stable, and confident.
