Strong Bones Foundation Series

Strong Bones Foundations - Week 8

This week we worked on looking after our necks and shoulders while we lift weights to load our bones.

  1. You need the underlying core muscles (like the rotator cuff and serratus) to work well. This allows you to build strength and load the bones of the arms and wrists.

  2. You need a good alignment or posture while you load.

  3. And you need to release the “tight bits” with your beautiful warm up to allow the right muscles to work. Your new “ballerina” stretch might just help!
