Strong Bones Foundations - Week 9

Congratulations on completing nine weeks of Strong Bones Foundations. We have covered a lot, as we don’t expect you to be perfect at any of it yet. That takes time and practice. Hopefully, at this stage, you have started to change your life to include better bone habits!

So, to prepare you for what you might do in Strong Bones 2, here’s a quick summary!

Bones love exercise. The three best types are Strength, Balance and Impact.

Your core needs to be working well to keep up with these exercises, so you might need to reboot your core most days (leg in/leg out exercise).

And make sure you are getting enough Vitamin D and Calcium.
