This week Penelope Simmonds has put together this excellent routine to help activate the walls of your core. We often think of abdominal exercises as sit-up type movements, but you will see in this routine she is challenging Anna-Louise with a combination of balance and stability exercises, which require lots of abdominal activation. Watch the video and then give it a go the next time you go for a walk.
